Back in Class 11C...Miss Shah returned to the podium, letting out an annoyed huff as she checked the empty ledge. "Shit, mai chalk lana bhul gayi.""Koi nahi mam, mai le aati hu!"
Tara blurted out, her heart doing a violent dance as she mumbled happily to herself, “Issi bahane Ayan ko dekh lungi!”Miss Shah glared at her, completely cutting her flight of fantasy short.
"Ji nahi! Tu jab tak aayegi, tab tak mera period khatam ho jayega. Ira, tum jao aur chalk leke aao.""Oky mam," Ira replied smoothly, standing up and grabbing her hall pass.
Veer leaned over, pulling Tara back down by her uniform sleeve. "Baith jaaa, usko baad mai dekh liyo," he teased.Out in the Corridor...Aron was strolling casually when his eyes caught a very familiar, disciplined figure walking down the parallel hallway.
A bright, ecstatic smile instantly broke across his face. “Bye God, aapne toh din bana diya subha-subha inke darshan deke!”He quickly quickened his pace, sliding up beside her with effortless charm.
"Hello, Senorita!" he cooed in his smoothest, most playful voice.Ira glanced sideways, executed a highly synchronized roll of her eyes, and simply accelerated her steps, completely ignoring him.
Aron didn't miss a beat, matching her stride easily. "Aree aree, Senorita, sun toh lo! Hehyy, Senorita!"Frustrated, Ira ground to a halt. She spun around, planting both her hands firmly on her waist.
"Kya dikkat hai tumhri, han?! Subha-subha bandar ki tarha uchal rahe ho!"Aron stared at her, his eyes turning soft and completely dreamy.
"Gusse mai bolte hue kitni pyaari lagti ho..."Ira’s cheeks flared with a subtle tint of pink. "Abb bologe?""Han, vo...
congratulations! Tumne top jo kiya," Aron said, offering a genuine, warm smile."Thanks. Now, move," Ira replied crisply, turning back toward the office."Aree, chalk lene ja rahi ho nahh?
Mai bhi vahi ja raha hu, chlo saath chalte hai," Aron offered, falling into step beside her.Ira shot him a sarcastic look.
"Chalk lene ja rahi hu, mangalsutra nahi jo saath mai jaoge!"Aron grinned, raising an eyebrow mischievously.
"Par vo toh ladke wale dete hai nahh..."Ira exhaled sharply, her gaze expanding in pure exasperation.
"Ahhh, tumse baat karna bekaar hai!""Tho shadi kar lo, vo acha hai," Aron countered smoothly without missing a beat."Dekho!" Ira warned, pointing a finger."Dikhao," Aron challenged, stepping closer with a wink.
"Idiot!" Ira muttered under her breath. She stormed into the principal's supply room with Aron hot on her heels. Determined to avoid making another trip, Ira began aggressively gathering chalk boxes until both her hands were entirely overflowing with white sticks
Aron watched her in complete disbelief, holding up just two single pieces of chalk. "Aree, itni chalk kqy le li? Dekho, maine toh do li hai. Kam chalk hogi toh mam kam likhengi, aur hame kam kaam dengi!" he stated, entirely proud of his flawless teenage logic.
"Tumhre dimag mai yahi sab chalta hai kya?" Ira sighed, stepping back into the corridor. "And by the way, mujhe tumhri tahra pure din chalk lane ka kaam karna nahi pasand.
"They continued their walk back down the long corridor. As they moved, Aron's eyes drifted down, noticing that the long laces of her left sneaker had come completely undone, trailing dangerously along the polished floor.
"Hehyy Senorita, suno," Aron called out.But Ira stubbornly kept her eyes forward, refusing to reply."Aree, suno tho!" Aron quickened his steps, suddenly sliding right in front of her path and blocking her view completely.Ira stopped, frowning deeply.
"Kya hai?!
""Tumse pyaar..." Aron murmured softly, staring dead into her eyes."Kyaaaa?!" Ira gasped, her heart skipping a sudden beat.Aron instantly smirked, pointing down at her feet. "I mean... tumhre shoe ke laces khule hai.
Gir jaogi.""Koi nahi, bandh lungi," Ira said defensively, trying to step around him.But before she could take a single step, Aron smoothly dropped down onto one knee right in front of her on the concrete floor. He gently caught the edge of her sneaker, his movements careful and deliberate.
"Koi nahi, mai bandh deta hu," Aron said softly.Ira stood frozen, her breath catching in her throat. She looked down at him, completely stunned by how naturally he had kneeled before her, handling her loose laces as if it were the most ordinary, important thing in the world.
Aron pulled the strings tight, twisting them expertly before tying a neat, perfect little bow at the center."Now it looks cute," Aron said, looking up at her from the floor with a satisfied grin. He stood up, dusting off his knees, his eyes locked onto her dazed expression.
"Abb jao. Aur hann, agar girna hai toh mere pyaar mai girna... Aur kahi nahi."He shot her a playful, thrilling wink, spun on his heel, and casually strolled back toward Class 11A.
Ira remained standing dead in the center of the corridor, completely rooted to the spot, her heart hammering wildly against her ribs. A soft, involuntary smile slowly crept onto her lips as she watched his retreating figure."Pagal..." she whispered affectionately to the empty hallway. Shaking her head to clear her racing thoughts, she tightly gripped her mountain of chalk and hurried back toward her own classroom.
